There was a time, We battled for peace and integrity. An era,  People died for equality and freedom. These were the years  Unity existed amongst us. A time when fighting was worth it. Currently, Battles are fought through hashtags. Individualism has colonised our minds, Each man for himself is the new mandra. That's why we're suffering in the hands of our own. Ubuntu has lost it value, We're voting for our tummies not our nation. Untill we master this game of thrones, Independence will forever be foreign to us.       nitah³98

I regret not taking you places I could be reliving our visits To the most beautiful places in the world  Rather my mind is stuck on our daily walks  Our never ending arguments . The short lived hugs, And the shy smiles  Beautifully captured by the color of your lipstick. I regret seeing you less  In the name of not becoming a burden. Coz now my mind is stuck on the little moments we shared. My heart hurts, It's cussing me for playing gentleman like When all I wanted was to be wild with you  I wish I could have another chance  Take you places  And kiss you everywhere, Stick around and keep you busy  So when the time comes for you to live  I would know I had my fair share.
